Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date — hassle-free.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at hello@butterflykrafts.ca with your order number and reason, and we'll take it from there.
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
