PROCESSING TIME
At Butterfly Krafts, we process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During major launch events, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience. Orders placed after Friday at 1 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email.
CANADA SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at a standard rate calculated at checkout. Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 4–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
U.S SHIPPING
We ship to the United States. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and your order is sent duty-paid, so there are no extra customs charges on delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 7–12 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@butterflykrafts.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will take it from there.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Store credit is available upon request. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
