PROCESSING TIME
At Butterfly Krafts, we process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During major launch events, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience. Orders placed after Friday at 1 pm EST will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification by email.
CANADA SHIPPING
We offer Free shipping over $99 to all of Canada. At Butterfly, we understand the importance of fast shipping. That's why we provide Standard Shipping for our Canadian customers, which guarantees delivery within 5-7 business days. We do our best to minimize your costs to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please contact us if you have any further inquiries.
Standard delivery within Canada takes 5–8 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
U.S SHIPPING
We offer FREE Standard shipping on orders over $99 to the entire US, and our Standard Shipping option usually takes 7-10 business days to arrive. If you need your order faster, we also offer Priority Shipping options for an additional fee. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are always working to improve our shipping processes and provide you with the best service possible.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love what you ordered. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@butterflykrafts.ca with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will take it from there.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment. Store credit is available upon request. Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
