Butterfly Krafts is a Canadian store rooted in Palestinian cultural heritage. We make apparel, jewellery, and lifestyle goods that carry real cultural meaning — and we give 10% of every order to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund. That giving is built into how we operate, not bolted on as a marketing feature.

Because diaspora identity deserves to be reflected with dignity, and because solidarity should be something you can hold, wear, and carry — not just express online. We built the store for people who are already committed and looking for somewhere to put that commitment.

Yes. Butterfly Krafts was founded by Mai, a Palestinian-Canadian. The brand is rooted in lived connection to the culture it represents.

10% of every order total goes directly to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund. It happens automatically with every purchase — it's not a seasonal campaign or a limited-time offer. It's the way we're built.

The PCRF is a non-political, non-profit organisation that provides free medical care and humanitarian relief to Palestinian children regardless of their religion or political affiliation. You can learn more at pcrf.net.

It comes out of our revenue, not in addition to what you pay. You pay the listed price — we give 10% of that to PCRF.

We currently ship within Canada. We're working on expanding — stay tuned.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Yes — free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 CAD. No code needed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status at butterflykrafts.ca/order-status/.

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at hello@butterflykrafts.ca and we'll do our best.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached and returned in their original packaging.

Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

10–15% commission on every sale made through their personal link, depending on the product category. Their audience also gets 5% off every order placed through the link. And 10% of every sale still goes to PCRF — on top of everything else.
